My hair goes past the middle of my back. I do not get headaches or feel otherwise squished by the cap. I swim twice a week. It does not keep hair completely dry, but it does keep it out of the way and my hair is less damaged.

I swim miles every week, and for years I have struggled with swim caps that squeeze my brain! No longer - this cap is the perfect size, looks great and lasts a long time. The silicone is easiest on hair, especially since chlorine damages hair enough as it is - treats your hair gently.

It lost a lot of it's elasticity and tightness after a month. So some water gets in the cap and gets the root of hairs on the back of my neck. For the price, it's a pretty good product. I still use it to keep my dyed tips safe.

The cap itself seemed to fit well, quality material, but unfortunately it didn’t keep my hair dry.I have medium length hair (2 inches past shoulder). Maybe I didn’t have enough hair to fill the cap and keep it snug?

As soon as I got into the water, the swimming cap slipped off it doesn’t work when you put your head in water. I followed the instructions and it said to put it over your ears. I did that, and it stayed for the most part until I got into the water.

Easy to use stretchy as and nice looking

I bought this cap so I could swim for exercise. It Does Not keep my hair dry. I did not dive or swim underwater and yet my hair was all wet after a few minutes. I adjusted the cap again and again but the water continued to seep in - even though it fits very snug. Not good if you need dry hair .
