I have done over 30 Ravensburger jigsaws and will only buy them as the quality is brilliant. However this one is disappointing. The feel of the pieces is very different not the usual finish and when trying to take pieces out it is not easy and is ripping some pieces. I am baffled as to why this is not the usual high standard I have come expect from Ravensburger. Disappointed.

I have been doing lots of jigsaw during lock down and this one is my absolute favourite. I love it so much that I haven't been able to break it apart and I've bought jigsaw glue to turn it into a picture I can put on my wall. It is a great blend of colours, no annoying expanse of sea or sky. It took me several days to do but it was very enjoyable. The pieces are great quality and interlock fully. Highly recommended.

Several pieces missing plus duplicates of other pieces. Amazon tells you to contact the manufacturer but Ravensburger tell you to contact the retailer.So you get a defective product and no one will take responsibility for it.I have purchased 3 Ravensburger puzzles since Christmas and every one has been defective. Will not buy them again and am looking for alternative manufacturers.

As a quilter and stitcher of many years, I'm looking forward to putting this jigsaw together as a post-Christmas treat. The colours are beautiful, not too glaring, and there are no large areas of one colour - often frustrating.

Excellent quality product. However word of warning - if you have any problems with any pieces missing, you will find that Ravensburger have the worst customer service in the world. This in no way reflects on any seller of their products who I have never experienced any problem with.However I have now reverted after 25 years to buying Gibson jigsaws instead.
