Windpony F# 6-hole Unfinished Cedar Native American Style Flute

Torn over this flute... I got it in the F#, 6-hole. When all holes are completely covered, it makes a beautiful sound (again, when you blow correctly), and lifting the last three fingers, you continue getting a beautiful sound. However, the first three are useless, as two were the same (identical), and the first is useless. It just squeals. Very saddening. But, I guess you get what you pay for? I'm not sure. I admired the idea of getting it unfinished (this gives the buyer the option to wood etch, and stain it however you wish). The wood burn inside is decent, and isn't overwhelming. I'll further fiddle around with it, and probably provide further information of what I truly come down to. I do recommend it to those who are wanting to get into flute playing (native american specifically). It will give you enough practice and experience to understand how hard to blow, training your hands, and understanding further more on how to play. For those experienced enough, I recommend getting a finished and high rated flute in the note you wish.

This flute plays well and is easy to tune. The cedar wood construction has allowed me to finish out this beautiful flute at a very affordable price.
