Amazing product, as a first time mom I wanted a carrier that is light and easy to use. Ergobaby wins with its light but sturdy fabric, I use it whenever am going for walks with my 2 months old or when she naps as am doing the house chores.

The only carrier my baby likes, and it doesn't give you backpain. A must

It looks sturdy and as described unfortunately the package has been poorly handed and it is obvious that was opened before I got it and that is annoying since I bought this as a gift and unfortunately the box is almost destroyed. I cannot return it because I need it now but I am disappointed with the presentation not the product.

★☆☆☆☆ Disappointed – Color faded quickly and looks cheap now I was excited to buy the black Ergobaby Omni 360 thinking it would be a premium-quality carrier. However, after just a few weeks of regular use, the color started to fade noticeably, especially in the shoulder strap and front areas. Now it looks worn out and old, even though I’ve only gently used and cleaned it. For the price I paid, I expected better durability. The carrier itself is functional and comfortable, but the material quality feels poor – definitely not what I expected from a brand like Ergobaby. This fading issue makes the whole product look very low quality. I’m really disappointed and wouldn’t recommend the black color version unless they improve the fabric quality.

Purchased three different “Amazon-sponsored” off-brands that were nylon material, unforgiving in the weight distribution sector, offered itchy/scratchy skin irritations for both myself and my infant, and did little to support my back and body while she was in it. I thought others would be able to duplicate this product for a lower price- totally wrong. I also tried the Baby Ka’tan wrap and it was great for my daughter when she was small enough to papoose around my torso as a newborn. But it didn’t “grow” with her! Long story short: Should have gone with the Ergobaby from the get-go, rather than eyeing a cheaper price for a baby carrier. I found, in my experience that I wasted time with the other off-brand models when I could have been enjoying walks and hands-free everything with the Omni360. You get what you pay for, and in my opinion, this carrier is a must-have splurge for all new moms and dads alike. It offers my 7 month old daughter a comfortable ride (she loves forward-facing walks) without compromising my comfort, and a more stimulating, eye-level view of the world. If you’re looking into purchasing this carrier, make the further personal investment and watch the instructional videos on how to put this on by yourself. I find that it gets easier to do so over time in this carrier because of the seating support and the emergency safety loops. It does take some patient finessing, but I feel that my daughter is safer, more cushioned & supported, as well as more comfortable in the Omni 360 - and the same goes for me. She currently weighs about 18 lbs, and this carrier lifts her right off of my pelvic and lower lumbar areas and straight onto my hips. The carrier personally hugs me (currently 190 lbs and would qualify as “plus” size) and supports my back and shoulders so I can carry her for a long time. I’m excited to keep growing with her in this (she can be carried in her up to 45 lbs if I want/need her to be) and trying all the positions I can wear her in!

This product is well worth the money and has by far been my favorite expensive baby purchase I made. My daughter loves this carrier and it is the only one that after hours of her being in it my back doesn't hurt and you don't feel all the weight you are carrying. I love how she can sit outward and look around and once she falls asleep it is super easy to flip her around to be facing in. Its very easy to adjust and get on with just one person. She appears to be very comfortable and happy in it. Its great to have such an amazing carrier when you don't want to have the hassle of a stroller or for shopping trips and not have to mess with the cart. I would highly recommend this carrier.

This is the best carrier I've owned so far and I have 2 other kinds! I was worried after reading some reviews that it would be too bulky on me, but I'm 5'3" 115lbs and this carrier feels great on my body and my baby is very comfortable in it (she's 9mo)! Also some people say it's hard to buckle up the back strap! Well, if you can scratch your neck then you would be able to buckle it! Just watch the video on the Ergobaby website on how to adjust all the straps and it's actually very easy, fast and safe!! I thought it's a bit expensive, but after awning this carrier for a month now and using it every other day ,I would say that it's worth every penny!!
