This is a great book to start with prior to your dieting. It will give you flexibility to choose and try what diet would you prefer to follow. It is not only keto or low fat. It is everything a bit, so it's up to you what you will follow.

Good information. Navigating ebook not ideal.
Directions on how to prepare breakfast sandwiches for freezing are very helpful, and can be applied to other food items. Recipes are not listed individually in Table of Contents. When looking up a recipe, you need to remember if it is in the Lunch or Dinner chapter.

My family of 6 are all quite picky (including me) and none of these would be anything I could see us eating.

It's a good thing that what we're collecting is delicious yet health conscious cookbooks. Good list of food in here. We're planning to try three meals in a row this coming Monday for our guests. Thanks for sparing us on thinking what to prepare.

So many times have I stood in front of the fridge and couldn't decide what to cook because of lack of ingredients or limited on time. This book has made my life easier and the recipes are delicious!

For the VERY beginner
This book felt more suitable for a very young adult who was just starting out on their own and in need of guidance not only for meal prep and saving money but just in how to cook and go about grocery shopping in general. Not saying it was a bad book. Just not suited for me.
