Great product for joint pain!
As a former player in the NFL I spent 9 professional seasons on the gridiron. I've been taking this product now for nearly 3 years. I'm now 65 years old, play golf 3-4 times a week and have a daily workout of yoga and a brisk 3-4 mile run. My joints feel great!

THIS FORMULATION HAS WORKED FOR ME
The product description omitted that each dose of 2 capsules contains 1 gram of MSM and 500 mg of Glucosamine sulfate KCl.I have done aerobics classes since about 1986. I have done step aerobics classes since about 1991. There were periods I did two classes daily. Currently, I do 5 step aerobics classes a week, one per day.About 1997 I worked for a law firm with 2 daily runners. ( I don't run because I have an achilles tendon restriction from a closed reduction tibia/fiblia surgery.) The runners told me they kept adequate fluid in their knees despite their runs by using glucosamin/MSM. Please note that this recommendation was NOT for the glucosamin/condtroitin formulation one so often seems to see for knees. The objective was to keep the fluid adequate, not to replace tissue.IT HAS WORKED FOR ME TOO. I take 3 with lunch and 3 with dinner. The manufacturer of this product recommends the 2-pill dose 3 times a day with or without something to eat. I order the 180 capsule bottle by subscription. DOCTOR'S BEST is sodium free. I think that's important since I take 6 per day.

Works but...
Although I can say that the product was helpful with my joints, I could not keep up with the doses. It is recommended to take 2 pills three times a day!

Good Value For What It May Do
The price for the dose you get it is a good value; especially since you don't have to go shoping for it. No one can honestly give it five strars because it isn't proven to rebuild cartlige in your'e joints. Even the doctors and scientists can't agree. People like myself who take it have to take it religously and hope it is helping. If one has that attitude Amazon has some good values. JLAH MASS
