Sunny is SO cute. Her accessories are well-made and adorable… BUT…She has hair glue/gel all over the sides of her face and her hair was so stiff and matted. I gently washed the bottom 2/3 with shampoo and warm water and it’s still sticky and matted. I combed VERY gently and a good handful of hair has come out. I’ll have to re-wash and re-style it, abs maybe add some extra hair plugs- which isn’t a problem for me, but if I were a little kid I’d be awfully disappointed.It’s a risk with all of the RH dolls that have curled hair (a few others I’ve picked up have been a little gluey) but this was by far the worst. Especially on her face.

Ordered for my daughter for her birthday. Quick delivery however part of the item was missing. Returned and awaiting a refund.

I'm a massive Sunny fan and just had to get the Winter one too. I had to order her 3 times to get one with even make-up. The first one had beautiful highlighting on her face except for a big round spot beneath her eye where there was no highlighter; the skin looked very different and it stood out. The second seemed to only have highlighter/glitter on the right half of her face (vertically). Finally, the third one is OK. Many thanks to Amazon for speedy replacement/delivery! Otherwise she is stunning, high-quality outfits as always (the parka feels like a parka!) and she can even glide on her skis and stand up on them without a stand. Love her, 5 stars if not for the make-up issue.

The dolls hair was rock hard
