Amazing results I did not expect
My pool had a lol of staining , discoloration, and rust stains and I had to drain and acid wash it and then fill it up again. Despite all that, the stained walls reappeared immediately. That’s when I researched and used this product. We were amazed with the results. Highly recommend this product. You will not be disappointed.

Transformed my pool
Following a refill after a repair, my white 11k gallon fiberglass pool turned solid brown in color. It was terrible, and after trying a bunch of different products I finally bought Natural Chemistry 07395 Extra Strength Stain Free. I simply added it to the pool, ran the pump for 15 minutes to 'stir' and then left it over night. The change the next morning was beyond remarkable - The pool is sparkling white. Your mileage may vary, but I am so pleased that I tried the product as I had almost given up. You will need to bring your chlorine back up slowly over the next couple of days as the treatment will flatten it. Also remember to clean your filter before the process and regularly for the next week. Some additional thoughts -- This works on metal stains, and you can test for that by buying some Vit C tablets from your drug store (white, crushable). It the stain fades when you rub a tablet on the pool wall then this product should work.- It will begin working immediately - My steps and floor near the pool walls cleared in 5 minutes - but it takes time for it to work across the entire pool. I ran the pump to mix the treatment in, but that was not something they stated in the instructions.- My pool was heavily stained so I used the entire treatment.- The 'after' pictures are the next day, about 24 hours after I added Stain Free.- Although there is nothing in the product instructions I have read that rapidly raising the pools chlorine and alkalinity can drop the metal back out of solution. I have raised it more gradually without issue over a few days.- $30+ for what is basically 2lb of powdered absorbic acid (Vit C) is expensive - You can buy an 8lb tub on Amazon for less than $60. If you don't think you will need to do this regularly then it is probably still worth it (I would have paid double, and I was quoted $300 by a pool company for basically the same thing). If you are in a high iron area and need to refill often then you can do better volumewise with your $.

Impressive results
My in-ground pool was contaminated with fertilizer causing stains at the pool floor and walls. Given the severity of the case, I hired a pool company that drained the pool and performed an acid wash. The acid wash removed most but not all the stains. I still had ugly yellow splotches at the steps and bottom of the pool, coupled with streaks along the walls. I was told by my regular pool company, the one that did the acid wash and two others, that the issue was a failure of the resurfacing material (Florida Gem). This is equal to a several thousand of dollars repair and all the companies I consulted were eager to do the work. I didn't believe the advice as my pool was resurfaced only 4 years ago. After more than a month of seeing my unpleasantly looking pool, I started reading multiple web articles and watching YouTube videos. During my research I came across with this product and having not much to lose, I decided to give it a try. Here is the way I applied the product:1. Balanced the chemicals of the pool, following the instructions in the packaging strictly and without shortcuts.2. Turned off the pool motor.3. Poured the container of Natural Chemistry Stain Free along the border of the pool and in the affected areas.4. Turned the pool motor back on for two hours.5. Turned off the pool motor overnight (10 hours).Based on the size of my pool, half a bottle of the product should have sufficed to do the work. I used 3/4 of the container.Within a few minutes, I could already see some of the stains lightening up. After one hour, the stains at the pool steps dissapeared. The next day - no stains, not even the streaks along the pool walls which I thought would have been impossible to remove.I am incredibly happy with the results achieved with Natural Chemistry Stain Free. If the stains come back, I will update this review. Fingers crossed, I won't have to.

Absolutely Incredible Stain Remover
This product is amazing! I had fertilizer stains on the bottom of my plaster inground pool.. Brushing did nothing..Pool chemistry is perfect.. I almost returned before using it when reading the label about needing the chlorine at 1..I would never bring my chlorine to 1 and go through the whole process described on the label..So , I followed the instructions for surface strains and just put the bottle of powder over the stains with my pump off..4 hours later I go look at the pool and every single fertilizer stain vanished!! No work by me but pouring a bottle and it does it's magic..

Works great, but the container is only 2/3rds full
This works great on my pool & I love how fast the ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) takes out the stains, but it is irritating that when I open the bottle that it is not a full bottle. This is expensive & I have to buy it often, so when I only get 2/3rds of a bottle, it irritates me. It is too expensive to not get a full bottle. (fyi: You could purchase Vitamin C tablets, and they might work just a well yet be less expensive).

Removes tough stains with ease
used in a fiberglass pool, salt water system. our pool is very light colored, leaves and insects can stain the pool surface. just sprinkle the stain remover over the stain and walk away.

WOW!!!!
This stuff is simply amazing!!! I was getting a brown stain on my pool steps as well as on the liner in certain areas. This product was recommended to me and after putting it in the pool, within minutes, the brown stain was gone and the steps looked brand new as well as the liner. Could not be more pleased and will keep some on hand if ever needed again.

for an 8 x4 x1.7 metre pool you'll need at least 3 tubs.
used for removing metal staining on the whole of a pre-formed pool. excellent.
