i read reviews east to connect thats why i bought, those reviews are absolutely false, ive tried to connect them for a week now without success , all i get is rapid flashing light, i followed instructions to the letter, so far all i have got is expensive bulbs that dont work with alexa, absolute rubbish

I am currently on attempt number 7 to get this smart bulb paired with WiFi, I brought some different smart bulbs first which paired on the first attempt, I brought these because I wanted some brighter white one for my living room as the others are a warm white and I have used them in the bedroom. I cannot place these bulbs any nearer to my router and they still will not pair. I will not buy these again.

After deciding to take the plunge into the smart bulb market, it was clear that there was a distinct difference between the bulbs and price points. I didn't want to spend a fortune but my main concern was that the cheaper bulbs seemed to lack any brightness.A friend had already set up smart bulbs in his house so I asked him for some advice and he said that after testing lots of bulbs, he's settled on these LEpro ones which were much brighter than others he'd tested. I bought a couple to try and they're absolutely brilliant. Very clear and strong colours at a reasonable price point.Installation was a bit of a pain but it just took some perseverance. I had to go through the standard process initially, then the manual option with the slow flashing mode. The bulb then connected straight away.I installed the second bulb and because I knew what I was doing, I got it connected within a matter of minutes.Pairing with an Alexa device was also easy enough.In summary, the bulbs are that good, I've bought some more to put around the house. Great product!

Out of the box these lamps are nice.Clearly, smart lighting will be more complex than its hard switched cousin, that said, these come with clear, concise instructions, the Lampro app (available for Android, and iOS) has a step-by-step walk through.Make sure your home network is compatible, before you buy to avoid disappointment. I didn't but was lucky.Once installed you'll find them easy to use.The app provides total control of colour with a Colour Wheel on one screen, and a seperate White Wheel page. Both pages are equipped for Power On/Off, and Brightness.Control via the app is intuitive and, responsive.I use mine with Alexa without issue (other assistants are supported.)The lamps work out of the box, and need no extra hardware.

The Lepro smart bulb bought from Amazon, came well packed and with instructions of how to set it up.Though the instructions are in a very small font size for older eyes, like mine, they are easy to follow. Having downloaded their app, achieving the pairing with Alexa was relatively easy and within minutes it was up and running. The ability to switch on and off or to change the colour can be done by either the Alexa or Lepro app, or simply by voice command through Alexa.Although the manufacture name does not feature on the Alexa apps list of possible makes, right at the bottom of the list is " other " and Alexa is quick to pair with it.

When I bought this, I was new to the colour LED thing. This sounded like a good purchase because it does not require a hub. I had my doubts at that point because I had never heard of Lepro, and was a bit weary of the fact they used their own app.Once I plugged this in though, the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The app is actually fantastic, light and easy to use with many useful scenes already built in. For exmaple, "breathing" effect with different colours, working/reading modes, etc. It has been a couple of months and the bulb never stopped responding even once, and it never gets warm to the touch either.Very happy with this product and would highly recommend it if you're not looking to invest into a whole setup with a hub etc.

I purchased the two pack, one each for my children. Both lights installed and set up on my phone within minutes. The app is easy to use and the lights are great. My girls are now sat in their rooms playing from their own phones. Once the app is installed it can be signed into by multiple devices and each room controlled independently.

I had two of these lights previously, linked to my Alexa, and now I've bought 4 more. They were working fine linked to my Alexa, great even, but today the Alexa cannot see them, and I cannot seem relink.They simply do not see each other through the Lepro app to the Alexa app. Which is completely annoying as it had worked fine for years! I have no idea what to do. If the lights don't work through Alexa, they're now useless to me. So 1 star!Update, this is now fixed and received a notification from lepro saying they fixed it so am changing my review to 5 stars. As long as it works I'm happy.
