The melatonin is great and seems to work better then all the others.
I love the melatonin. I don't know if it's because it's in gel cap form, but it just seems to work better for me. I take it 20 minutes before bed and I'm out like a light..

Great. I take one a day 30min-1hr it kicks in easily once I’m in bed.Not like other products that it didn’t work so ended up consuming 2-4 gels a day.It’s cheap/ high mg / 300 gel. Not a bad deal

i like to fact that it is non gmo, vegan etc. but also because it is a small, easy to swallow gelatin pill.
