Awesome and informative field guide

This is a small book which will fit in a backpack or purse so when you find a rock you are curious about you can look it up quickly. I found the book easy to navigate and the pictures are very clear to help with matching a rock.

I liked the book. Easy to read & not too complicated for the info that I wanted. A very good history of how our area was formed. A new interest for me so a great start

This book is palm size so easy to take to the beach. Full of beautiful color detailed photos and descriptions with location maps and formation information. Excellent book.
