I got tired of watching face yoga/face cupping videos and not having the equipment so I ordered these and used them effectively as a total beginner. You can use them either to glide over the face with oil (rose hip oil for the face) to sort of massage out the wrinkles and move your lymph/drain puffiness - or use the suction. Be careful: they can hold on pretty tightly so don't leave it on there or you will give yourself reddened/slightly bruised skin: be gentle. I used these down on my neck/SCM to increase blood flow and do an effective self-massage. I use them every night now before bed, keep them by the bedside. It really works smoothing out my "11s" (the between-brow furrow) and forehead wrinkles, eye tension - my face does not just look smoother but is actually more relaxed underneath the skin, giving a rested and more youthful feeling and look. It even seemed to have an effect on sinus pressure, reducing it.

Used to stimulate nerves after a broken wrist. Easy to use and suction is easy to control (not too much and not too little) shape and firmness holding up after continual use.

They arrived promptly and as pictured (coming with a nice storage bag). However, I did return them. I ordered these (as suggested by my physical therapist) for hand therapy to help break down scar tissue from a hand injury. Unfortunately, they were too thick and stiff to get maximum suction over my hand—thus back they went to Amazon.

I have used this product twice and really like it. I read in the other reviews that the suction was bad but I haven't had that problem. I use it after I moisturize and oil my skin and it works great. I would make sure that you have oil on there to ensure enough slip so it glides on the skin and doesn't pull. I recommend this product for sure and can't wait to see more results. I already feel like it helps drain fluid that was around my jawline and cheeks.

I tried these for my facial routine they are amazing just be sure to use some sort of oil it helps with the suction flow. It makes my face fee really good its just like get the a face massage except I can do it myself and save money. Price was worth it
