I bake a lot of sourdough and actually enjoy a hands on approach instead of getting out the big mixer. This tool was a game changer and makes it so easy to incorporate the flour into my starter and water and bring my dough together before stretch and folds. Handle is perfect length to get to the bottom of my Cambro. Unlike my first Danish whisk, this one the wire has a large enough gap in the bends that it is much easier to clean. Overall, well made and very sturdy. I do treat the handle periodically w/ butcher block oil, but that's just a personal preference.

Saw this oddly shaped whisk while cruising facebook, TV or Pinterest- can't remember where. Seemed like it would work on thick batters that just gum up a regular whisk. This caught my attention since I'd started making dog biscuits/cookies and the dough is a PITA to mix. So, I went to Amazon & looked for/found this one.It's been a game changer in mixing thick doughs!! Originally made for mixing bread dough, I find it useful for mixing anything thick or stiff. Highly recommend this strange looking but effective device!

I purchased following the recommendations here on Amazon. Excellent packaging and details exactly as described. Very good quality both as a cover and as a cover for the beginning stage. Spatula is long enough and comfortable to use. Easy to mix. Only the rubber is loose and falls when you adjust the height in the low values, suitable only for the middle and above. I like it - Value for money
