Q: I'm pale with cool undertone. Should I use Natural? There's no telling in the description.

I've used the nude and I've used the natural. I like them both. Nude blends in and is very light coverage. Natural has a little more color, but as you blend it in it looks very, well - natural! I also have cool undertones and I liked the natural just fine. Don't judge it until you blend it into your skin. It worked for me.

Q: Would this be considered a moisturizer and primer in one?

I don't consider this to be a moisturizer. The description says that it supposedly hydrates due to a lack of oils in the formula, but to me this is mainly just for cosmetic/aesthetic purposes. It isn't drying at all and it's pretty lightweight (albeit a bit greasy at first if you're not used to it) so it may not be bad for your skin. However, if you're looking for a primer that includes things like sunscreen or actual moisturizing ingredients, this may not be for you. Overall it's a pretty good cosmetic primer!
