Dreaminex Noise Cancelling Wireless Bluetooth Headphones with Built in Microphone - Black

I bought these headphones for use while riding my Harley 2005 Softail. The headphones themselves were awesome and hearing music over the roar of the motorcycle was just fine. I have been using other bluetooth headphones and had to crank them up to hear the music - with these I was actually able to turn the music down several notches. Sadly I had to return them as they would not stay in my ears - I do not blame the headphones, I blame my ears. I have never been able to wear ear buds and I was hoping the ear anchors would help. However, in the seconds between putting them in my ears and putting my helmet on, they would fly out of my ears. This is where my story gets better. I wrote the company for advice and they promptly wrote me back with fitting suggestions and in case that did not work, alternative styles. I ended up emailing with Jane at customer support 4 times and I can only say the support that I received was second to none. I have never had such responsive customer support and in the end Jane put me in a pair of Dreaminex DR-600 Wireless Bluetooth Headphones with Mic.

Very pleased with the ear phones. Good quality product. They are not studio headphone quality sound, but the sound quality is very good. Connected with my Samsung Note 4 with no issues. Fits well. Best of all, I can use them under the flaps of my half helmet while riding my motorcycle and the sound quality remains really good even at highway speeds. I've tried a few ear buds in the past and none worked for me. Typically the base is lost when at speed, but these do just fine.

†JMJ†I am opting to return this item before even getting to use it even once. I am sure it's just me but I was unable to access the charging port with the result being a few of my fingernails' tips getting worn. -_- I was hoping to replace a pair of a magnetic earbuds from Mpow, but alas! the charging port on the Mpows very easy to access.The two-star rating is a pity rating as my initial thoughts were to rate it lower because I hate how much trouble I am having with trying to gain access to the charging port. Again, though, I'm pretty sure it's just me although this is the first time I'm experiencing this despite the numerous products I have that have similar access.

I like the wireless feature and sound. The cord sits better in front of my neck, if I put it around the back of my neck it pulls on the earpiece while exercising even with all the slack provided. I was missing a smaller silicone earpiece attachment in the package. When I contacted them they said they would send me another set but never did. If I had to buy another set of wireless earphones I might look into another pair. These seem a little bulky.

These are the third pair of headphones i've purchased from Dreaminex and they are my favorite! Well made, great sound quality without breaking the bank and very comfortable. Of all the different buds i've ever worn (ultimate ear, apple, dreaminex, etc), this particular model stays in my ears the best!!!I am very happy with my purchase!!

The automation of the system was a little hard to understand but once the pairing and connection was complete the unit work like a "dream". I enjoy using it when walking and also for listening to relaxation music as therapy for my tinnitus. (hearing problem)..... They are the best.

Bought for my husband's birthday and he has used them constantly! HUGE SUCCESS!

Magnetic on/off function isn't as useful as I anticipated. It's easy for them to become separated and drain your battery. Also, they broke after light use for about 5 months.
