Easy to install. Works great. It does cost though. It is a little lower but GREAT. Be aware you buy the seat separately.

Didn't think I'd ever write a review for a toilet - but here I am . . .We wanted to give our main level powder room a facelift with a new toilet and vanity. I wanted a standard height (not ADA), elongated, lower flow toilet and after searching and reading a lot of reviews, I ordered the Toto. It arrived in two well packed boxes with no damage. Simple toilet install.The power of the flush is impressive. I've definitely given it a few challenges that would have required a plunger on my old toilet. Fast, quiet, powerful flush that leaves the bowl nice and clean. Will be replacing my other three toilets with the Toto.

I have been a fan of Toto Toilets for some time. Our house that was built around 1985, has 4 toilets. Only one toilet had been replaced when we bought the house. It was replaced with a Toto. We tended to use that toilet as it worked the best and was trouble free. I replaced 2 toilets about 4 years ago with Totos and, of course, the last one this year. Unfortunately the toilet attachment flange had to be replaced on all 3 of the replacement toilets. I let a professional do the replacement of the flanges. I completed the replacement of the Toilets.As far as replacement goes, I was disappointed the Toto did not come with a wax ring or the toilet attachment bolts that affix the toilet to the floor. I suggest Toto consider adding these 2 items with their toilets. Aside from that concern, the installation went smoothly. The alignment of the tank to the base was easy to accomplish with excellent results.I expect this TOTO to last a very long time and maintain it's good looks and functionality. My first TOTO is at least 10 years old and I just now did a replacement of the flapper and flush assembly.

I live in a county with very low flow requirements (I think the biggest tank that is allowed to be delivered here is 1.2 gpf). This one seems to hold a bit of water in the bowl which makes the difference, I think. Like the water that is released from the tank flows out instead of trying to push the contents out. It also helps to flush often, unfortunately and not put a lot in for each flush. This one (as probably seen in your local restaurant) is replacing a 1.6 gpf Toto that was much better looking and much pricier, but that couldn't get the waste to the main sewer so we were constantly clogging in the main (just a little mountain of TP sitting there only letting a trickle to the street - so frustrating and expensive). Four stars because at this point some design tweaks could make it a little more attractive.

Great value, looks great. I installed it myself, which was easy enough with the included instructions and after watching a few youtube videos on how to install toilets. I purchased this one specifically because I wanted an efficient toilet that sat lower to the ground, and that would be compatible with a bidet toilet seat I wanted to install. It met all my requirements, seems like good quality so far, and works great.
