This book is out of date. This is a subject matter that moves so quickly it should be updated at least once a year. Selling students paper texts at a high price represents the "same old - same old" usurious exploitation students have be subject to for over 100 years. It's like putting out new texts in fields that have not changed in 100 years (SUCH AS ALGEBRA) - for profit AT THE EXPENSE OF STUDENTS. This text should be ONLY sold in an eBook format and should be updated TWICE a year.AHIMA FOR PROFIT PUBLISHING. Just another way of ripping off students directly and the federal government indirectly - through all the students that obtain student loans to pay these high prices for out of date - information pumped up texts.See what's going on with OpenStax with free public college texts. It's time they published this information and put these high priced con artists out of business.AN AHIMA TRAVESTY. SHAME / SHAME / SHAME.

Book was a great price and came earlier than the expected delivery even during a period of bad weather.

The book is informative and works for the intended class. The author however is as dry as a day old biscuit. Reads like stereo instructions. Kept putting me to sleep.

Good text
