Even if it didn't help with relaxing/sleeping, its taste is good enough for a very enjoyable tea. But I think it helps with sleep IF I don't drink it right before going to bed.

I was very happy with this purchase and what I paid for my oder, which was less than what I usually pay at the local store! My order arrived in a cardboard box which was great because the tea boxes were not crushed. I will be buying all my tea from this seller in the future!!
