Baby Hand and Footprint Kit - Clay Handprint Keepsake Frame, Newborn Nursery Picture Frame, Personalized New Mom Gifts for Baby Shower & Registry (Onyx Black)

These are my go-to baby gift. This one however comes in a plain cardboard box with no indication either inside or outside as to what it is. I had to print a picture and paste it to the outside of the box so the recipient even knew what it was.

I was gifted the white one at my baby shower about 6 months ago. I tried painting it black and ended up ruining it so I asked for the Amazon link from the giftee to order a new one but in black. I already made my son’s prints months ago so I intended to just use the black frame to house the prints from the old frame.As you can see in the picture the black frame and white frame don’t have the same size cubbies for the clay prints, making it unusable.This is inconsistent with the product pictures. The product pictures show two identical frames, just in tap different colors.

Such a precious keepsake! The clay was a little hard to get crease free and it still isn’t. However, I don’t see any of the cracks and creases now that it’s on the wall. I love it so much and it is one of my most prized possessions. It is a bit heavy to hang up but I used one nail for a heavier frame and then used a command strip for on the bottom since the bottom sticks out a bit when it’s on the wall. I desperately don’t want it to fall and break since my baby’s little cute handprint/footprint is in it. It’s stuck for two months now and it’s been totally fine!! This is perfect gift. I wish I had done it in the hospital the very first day. It does take a long time to harden though!! About 4 days long.

Practically impossible to do. The wooden rod isn’t the correct size for the squares which seems like the least they could do. So it leaves crevices wherever you last used it. It impossible to flatten the clay into looking nice because of this.

I gifted this to a soon-to-be first time grandmother. She waited a long time to earn this new title and I wanted her to have something special to celebrate her new grandchild. My friend absolutely loved the frame! Seeing her happiness made me happy!

Absolutely the best frame I have ever bought. Well made and hand and foot print kit is super easy to use. I bought a few more as gifts and would highly recommend. Thank you guys so much. Love the product

Easy to use. Clay doesnt smell or stick. Very straight forward and great memory can be used for babies or any memory you would love to keep

Did not come with the wooden rod to roll out the clay. The clay ended up being uneven and the picture frame is just a waste because you can’t see the footprint or handprints.

Its a nice gift but not easy to create took my hubby and me a while and it was not easy to place our babys hand because was in fist. The coloring is also not too easy but its manageable. Would I buy it again Yes

Not that easy to do but looks great and the quality is good.Definitely worth a buy and would make a great gift.

The glass panel was damaged and does not cover the frame.

Also ich versteh es echt nicht..... gibt es denn schon wieder eine neue Studie die besagt das normaler 0815 Gips fürchterlich schädlich für Mensch,Tier und Umwelt ist oder wieso gibt es anscheinend KEINE Abdrucksets mehr die wie früher mit normalen Gips sind??????? Habe kein gescheites gefunden.Habe jetzt dieses getestet und EXTRA vorsichtig Trocknen lassen im Abstellraum (dort ist es nicht zu Heiß und nicht zu Kalt)und Trotzdem kleine Risse! nicht so schlimm wie bei vielen anderen hier laut Fotos aber obwohl ichs so schonend und lange Trocknen ließ ist es passiert.Dann zum Thema leichtigkeit des Abdruck machens....Auch wenn man diese Masse lange und echt weich knetet , ist sie immernoch nicht extrem weich... das heißt bei einem Neugeborenen müsste man Hand und Fuß schon gescheit andrücken was ich aber NICHT empfehlen würde!Bei Gips würde man einfach in die weiche Masse patschen und gut ists...Ich verstehs leider nicht....

Alles sieht sehr gut aus. Schön, dass das Bild in der Mitte etwas größer als die Abdrücke an den Seiten sein kann. Verschiedene Passepartouts mit verschiedenen Sprüchen sind enthalten, super. Keine Macken o.ä. enthalten. Super zum verschenken oder selbst behalten. Das ausrollen des Gips war angenehm einfach, dennoch etwas knifflig, da der Holzstab 2-3mm kleiner als der Rahmen ist, so entsteht immer an einer Seite eine Rille. Mit etwas Geduld kann man es aber dennoch glatt bekommen.
