WORLDWIDE USE Portable DVD player 9.8" Region Free Dual Voltage 110-220V (ACUCRAFT® USA Plug Kit - Lifetime Warranty)I purchased the above mentioned item. With in about 30 minutes of putting in a DVD (which was not a BlueRay) the player starting freezing. Maybe I miss understood the sellers advertisement, because I thought I was purchasing a brand new DVD player. That was not the case withthe item I received.

Machine is unreliable
I bought this product in August and by October, the DVD player started to freeze, skip,and show white lines every time I tried to play a DVD in the machine. I played the DVDS in a different machine, and they were fine. Despite having a lifetime warranty,they said I couldn't return it to be fixed when I called them.

I was so happy to find that this DVD player plays my mom's faverate Italian movie. The audio and video are both excellent. She has been using this for about eight months now.
