Works well for what it is
I bought this mass gainer two months so I can gain weight and put on muscle mass. Let me tell you it worksssss! Over the two months I’ve been taking it I’ve noticed noticeable size gains across my entire body. Though one thing if you were to take this and not train with intensity you’ll gain fat but me since I train five days a week with high intensity per session this mass gainer works very well as my post workout shake and helped significantly to put on muscle mass as well.

Not sweet if you are someone who like tasty things though for me i don't use sugar so i prefer the taste cause before i was using other brand and i had to really dilute to reduce the sweetness, just received it today so lets see if it does what is written
