Very nice Pan/Tilt/Zoom camera
When I first used this camera I found that right out of the box it was too bright. I had to close down the iris and increase the shutter speed almost to the max just to keep the whites from blowing out. In lower light the camera is great and the PTZ function is very nice. The remote is a little weak and has to be pointed straight at camera from not too far away.

Expensive, but worth it depending on your needs.
Great video quality, and PTZ + 10x optical zoom is fantastic.We use it for video conferencing and there are two "gotcha's" when using a camera of this quality:* You will need to connect it to a very powerful computer to be able to make use of the higher quality video streaming. Slower computers work, but can't encode high quality video in real time so you might as well have an less expensive camera.* Your meeting participants will also need reasonably fast computers to be able to take advantage of the higher quality video feed.

Great PTZ USB camera
Best PTZ camera for the money. Zoom is smooth and quiet. Remote works well to pan, tilt and zoom. Picture is sharp and clear. Camera uses Windows built in driver.

Far too expensive for the low quality
Picture Quality is very poor, the controls and menu settings are not intuitive

Too expensive and bad quality
We purchase this item for our company's streaming meetings. At first it worked fine, video was decent, had some trouble getting my MacBook pro to recognize it, had to reboot laptop a few times before I was able to use it with google hangouts and citrix gotomeeting and gotowebinar client. This cam keep loosing video color, had to reset a few times for white balance. Not great on low light. Overall I'll had to give this cam a 2.5 because of quality, performance, remote response is very slow too. Price is too high for what they claim it could do. Support not there either.
