I got the blue baking mat as a gift, I loved it so much that I purchased a red one! This baking mat is the same size as the silpat mat, but it's less than half the price of silpat! Bakes evenly and cleanup is a breeze! Definitely a winner and I've definitely moved on from silpat. Great product!!!!!

i HAVEN'T USED IT YET BUT WILL BE USING FOR ALL MY CHRISTMAS BAKING. LOVE THE COLOR AND IS THE RIGHT SIZE FOR MY COOKIE SHEET.

I'm so glad I found this wonderful silicon mat. It works so well!! It makes me feel better about my baking addiction...no more wasting parchment paper. So environmentally friendly for half the price of a silpat mat!!

I was really excited to try out this Vaspio Non-Stick 100% Professional and Food Grade Silicone Baking Mat with Inner Fiber Glass Weave. I am by no means a professional, but man do we like our cookies and baked treats in my house!It states on the insert that arrives with the mat that it can withstand temperatures up to 482F (250C) and as low as -40F (-40C). It also boasts that besides being great for baking it's also great for freezing, rolling fondant and dough. It can also be used on both sides and is produced and certified according to FDA standards.I've typically used non-stick tin foil to try to save my cookie sheets (plus it cuts down on clean up time) but even having "non-stick" on the box doesn't mean it's actually going to work. I can't tell you how many times I've had cookies stick to the foil. Or to the cookie sheet itself. Way to ruin a delicious treat! Plus this is better for the environment and your wallet! [No more need to buy sprays, foil or parchment paper!]So of course, when this arrived, the first test I wanted to try out was good ol' fashioned cookies! After I washed the mat off, I placed it on my clean counter top and placed the cookie dough directly on it. It fit 9 small cookies but looking at the finished product it I could have easily fit 3 more. I placed the baking mat directly on to the top shelf in the oven at 350F for 12 minutes.This mat impressed me. From the even cooking across each cookie to the very non-stick quality. I waited about 5 minutes for the cookies to cool a bit and removed one by hand and it came right off without leaving a speak of cookie behind. And the clean up was a breeze. I just wiped it off with a soapy sponge, rinsed and put in the dish drainer.I can really see this being a handy tool to have around. It seems very versatile and very well made. And you just roll it up and it stores away in a drawer, taking up very little room. Wonderful non-stick baking mat. My husband is a cook and was very skeptical about the performance of a baking mat that cost far less than other brands. He had to eat those words (no pun intended). Instead of testing cookies, which I already knew would turn out wonderfully due to reading prior reviews, I decided to go for the big guns- frozen french fries.I, like many others, love crispy fries but hate frying. Aside from health concerns, frying is just so messy. I prefer to bake mine, and usually use foil lining a cookie sheet for easy clean up. Unfortunately, that causes my fries to be kind of soggy and requires mid-cooking rotation of all the fries. I do not have the time nor patience for that nonsense, not to mention the burns I've received trying to manually flip over every one. In my laziness and fear of finger burns, I settle for soggy fries.Last night, I used my new Vaspio Non-stick liner, and set my fries to bake for 25 minutes and vowed to let the mat do its thing, and leave them alone.When the timer went off, my fries were crispy with no extra oils or even cooking spray. Best part- the cleanup required rinsing with water, and air-drying the Vaspio baking mat. That simple. You will not regret this purchase. The amount of aluminum foil and parchment paper that it would cost to replace this single baking mat, ensures it pays for itself many times over. *any discoloration in photos is due to my personal pan, not the liner.I was lucky enough to get to try this product at a reduced price in exchange for my honest review.

Seriously, this non-stick mat is FANTASTIC. I put myself on a high protein/low carb diet after putting on a lot of weight during a very stressful time in my life. That means, I can eat a lot of cheese. I made a caprese salad with tomato, mozzarella mixed with parm, baked for a few minutes til all cheese melted on top and even got slightly toasted. The cheese melted all over the place and all slices slipped right off, including all that wonderful melted cheese. I love it. I now can make parm chips. I don't know why I have not purchased one of these before, but I usually just put cheese in a slippery skillet, not on a cookie sheet in the oven. The oven version is a lot better because the cheese gets toasted, not just melted. I must confess I received this product at a discount but I mean it when I say I totally love it and will be ordering different sizes if I can You will not regret purchasing this mat. Someday I will even get to try cookies again.

I was super skeptical when I first saw this baking mat. I wondered how I could use it to bake and not use cooking oil or sprays. It really seemed too good to be true, only it wasn't. I made cookies first because my husband was begging for some. They cooked evenly and came right off the mat. They came off even easier than they do with a greased cookie sheet. I have also used the mat to make potatoes squash successfully. Same thing, no sticking at all.It is the size of a regular half cookie sheet. So it fits in all of my baking pans perfectly. It is super easy to clean up. I usually just wipe it down and give it a quick rinse in the sink before putting it to dry in the dish drainer.I would definitely recommend this baking mat to anyone in the market for a really good nonstick mat.
