Healthy Chocolates: Wait a second, are you saying that chocolate can actually be healthy? Yes, it’s true. If we do use an emulsifier, which helps the chocolate keep together better, we use only organically grown and processed, non GMO soy lecithin (that is very hard to find, believe me). Packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, this chocolate is likely the best on the market, both in taste and health. Optimum portion is 40g per serving. 100% Money Back Guarantee: That’s right, if you don’t like these chocolates just tell us and we will refund your money. Some of the best chocolate I have ever had.
I, too, received this chocolate bar totally melted. Would it be better for the consumer if there was some sort of weather protection for this? Yes, absolutely, but that is not the case. It has been an incredibly hot summer, and I have received many items that I ordered online, that were supposed to be solid, in liquid form. I have not received any such project sent with a cool pack or refrigeration or anything of the sort, so this is not a business practice that this particular company has; this is just the case with most online ordering when it's hot. If you are not willing to receive your product in this condition, I advise waiting until it cools down to order it online. That being said, I just put my chocolate bar in the fridge, and while it may not have been pretty, it completely resolidified (as raw cacoa butter would and does). It may not have been pretty, but the quality of this chocolate, in my opinion, is OUT OF THIS WORLD. To be so incredibly creamy without any added dairy is a culinary feat. The chile heat is real and lasting; it is not an uncomfortable burning, it is a complementary and unexpected heightening of the experience. The chocolate isn't sickly sweet, yet it feels and tastes so decadent. The texture of this bar, even after having melted and resolidified, was the best that I have ever experienced in a dairy-free bar. Is it expensive? Yes. If you are not comfortable with the price, you don't have to purchase the product. I received this item at a discount, but I will personally indulge in it again at full price, for very special occasions. This is not like a Snickers bar to just eat as a snack. This single bar will provide me with days of small indulgences and moments of sheer culinary pleasure. It is so wonderfully rich, I never need more than a bite or two, and I am completely satisfied. I also support their mission to contribute earnings to the Mexican school system. They also have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed money back guarantee, so if you don't like it, they stand behind their product. Everyone has different tastes and different priorities, but for me, this is an entirely worthy splurge.I received this item at a discount in exchange for my honest review. I am not incentivized to give a positive review; this review describes how I actually, honestly feel about this product. I personally rely heavily on reviews when considering making an online purchase, so I promise that the reviews I submit on Amazon are accurate representations of my actual experience with the product at hand. I do not even remotely always give five star, or even positive, reviews; please feel free to confirm that! I am unabashedly honest. I only accept products to review that I am actually interested in, and have experience with or knowledge of, and I use my background to provide you with a thoughtful and truthful, personal review. Good taste, bad price.
The flavor of this chocolate is good. It is not too sweet, and has a pleasant chili bite with just a touch of cinnamon. I personally like chili in my chocolate. Another reviewer was complaining about the spice level, but they ordered a CHILI chocolate bar...stupid to expect it to not taste like it has chilies in it.However, there are definitely some issues with this product. Chocolate does not seem to travel well through Amazon's shipping carriers. My chocolate bar arrived completely melted, as did some other reviewers. However, where I live, it gets very hot (90F) during the day, so I sort of expected this. It is unavoidable when ordering chocolate online during summer months in a hot state. On the bright side, this chocolate was completely sealed up, and so I just popped it in the refrigerator and it was more or less salvageable . The texture seemed a bit off after the re-hardening in the fridge, but it was definitely edible still. My main issue with this chocolate bar is the price. $10.50 / 3.5 ounce bar is outrageous really. Highway robbery for chocolate, considering this product is factory produced in Mexico (not homemade or anything of the sort). I would pay at most $4 / bar for this chocolate, and I think that would be quite reasonable. This chocolate is good ,but no better than any of the other organic chili chocolate bars that are available in Whole Foods or other gourmet food stores, except this one costs roughly 3X as much.Overall opinion: Good tasting chocolate, arrived melted but still edible, WAY too expensive.Note: I received this product at reduced cost in exchange for my honest opinion of the product, but this in no way shapes the content of my review. If you found my review helpful at all, please vote *Yes* below to give me your feedback so that I may continue to improve the quality of my reviews herein and henceforth. Thank you very much.

Spicy and tasty
The chocolate arrived on schedule however for some unknown reason the key to the parcel locker was missing from the post office and the chocolate remained in the hot sun for 2 days. I was afraid to see what the chocolate would look like. It was melted however it didn't melt out of the package. I put it immediately in the refrigerator for a couple hours and then removed it to sit on the counter at room temperature. The bar itself is thin. I'm not sure what the true consistency is supposed to be like but the taste was spicy and bitter. There were pieces of chile amashito when eating the chocolate. Chocolate is smooth and easy to break into squares. Interestingly, Chile amashito is originally from the state of Tabasco, Mexico. It's a small spicy pepper. The package says 100% natural and the organic ingredient is the soy and it's also GMO. It has basic ingredients listed on the package: unrefined cacao, unrefined cane sugar, chile amashito and soy lecithin. The product description says chocolate "bars" but I only got one.I received this product for a discount for an unbiased and honest review.Even though I received the chocolate for a discount, I thought it was expensive for the amount of chocolate.

Extraordinarily good white chocolate
Hands down, one of the one or two best chocolate bars I've ever had. I don't eat any regular chocolate, only white, so I've tried literally dozens, and this one was just extraordinary. Such a pure cocoa butter flavor, creamy, with a natural, balanced vanilla flavor and just the right amount of sugar. Plus, the almonds gave it the perfect crunch. I couldn't be more pleased.
