Very good product, strong and robust. Easiest by far to erect

I was pleasantly surprised by how quick it was to assemble even though it is made of metal. Normally I find that only plastic shelves are easy to assemble and metal ones require quite a lot of work and nuts and bolts, etc. This shelf doesn't and the metal frame is still sturdy. The shelves themselves are not made of wood, but MDF - so what used to be called hardboard. and for some or other reason the MDF/hardboard has quite a strong smell - it smells almost fishy. I have had the shelf in the garage now for three weeks at least and the garage still smells fishy. I hope the smell goes away soon.

When I received my order, upon checking I realised one key part was missing. I messaged the seller who responded later the same day. We identified the missing part and the seller arranged for this to be delivered to me the next day. The unit is now built. It’s sturdy and strong, great quality. I would highly recommend this seller for quality product and awesome customer service.

Prefect for the job needed. Easy to assemble

This is a very sturdy and well made piece of storage racking and easy to assemble. You need a mallet and a screwdriver (flat blade). Screwdriver to open the locking lugs. I think the 265Kg weight bearing for each shelf is exaggerated. Still strong though. No good for outside as shelves are fibreboard and will not stand getting wet for long.

Product is great and my second purchase had to deal with customer services re: damage caused by courier in transit, all good , cannot fault product or aftersales wish more companies were this easy to deal with Thanks and Regards Tom
