Not well made
Concept is great but the design of the handle needs to be improved. I have broken three handles because they are so flimsy. The soft or medium brush matters not because it can be used with a wet wipe and in the shower, the brushes all feel the same. Good idea but needs some work.

Handle is smooth and twists around if hands are soapy. A rough, non-slip handle would make this a 5 star.

OK so its a funny product...
Its a funny product and my family laughs (or groans) at the fact that it is hanging in the shower .. lol .. but Im going to come right out and say it. I am a mother of four beautiful children (one set of twins) and I did get hemorrhoids during my pregnancy's that left scar tissue around my bum. Try as I might I never really felt like I was getting my bum super duper clean when showering. Needless to say with this tool I feel like Im squeaky clean everywhere when Im done showeing. I love my little bum tool and am so glad I bought it!

No cleanser
Purchased as a gift, was told it comes with no cleanser, I would think that a "kit" would at least come with some kind of single use cleanser.

To flexible
Handle is to short, to flexible bends easily not easy to use with hand disability. To slippery to use, not worth the money

Flimsy
My wife thought I was crazy for buying this, but I was pretty excited. You see I’m a big girl and I have very short arms. Sometimes it’s hard to reach the backside area. I thought this would be a good solution to that. I would be able to clean or scratch my backside without having to contort myself into strange positions. However, this thing is incredibly flimsy. And the bristles are super soft. Which of course you want soft bristles, but not so soft that you can’t even feel whether they are actually getting you clean or not. And try using it to scratch? That’s a joke. It just makes the itch worse. This might be good for someone who has a sensitive backside and can feel every little tickle, but it’s not for me.
