Windfulogo PU Leather Archery Arm Guard Hand Protector Brace Longbow Hunting Shooting Brown

After only 300 or so shots the part of this *FAKE* leather archery gauntlet wore down to reveal the threaded backing under the plastic. I shoot a traditional longbow and the arrow is not in direct contact with this piece, the leather arrow rest that my bow uses still looks almost brand new, only slightly smoothed. This fake leather hand and forearm guard has been worn down to the nubbing after only contact with fletching riding over my hand and has actually begun damaging my traditional arrow fletching.If you plan to make this a part of a Legolas costume or something it’s fine. But if you want to actually use it for shooting you’ll be needing a new one every two or three weeks.

I bought this bracer for both aesthetic and functionality, and it delivers on both. I shoot fairly often, and while I don't get stringslap very often, it does happen. This bracer pretty much eliminates all pain from stringslap, or arrow fletching burns. It's soft and comfortable, and when paired with a glove, it's actually pretty warm. All in all, it's a great product.My only complaint is how long the strings are, and the thumb/hand guard being loose. Definitely not enough of a reason to lower the rating.

Excellent price, really good product for the price. Havent taken it out yet to shoot my long bow but will advise when I do; however, I think it will do well. Because the inside of my elbow is chubby and sticks out further than most, I have to wear an extra piece at and above my elbow. This model is longer than most so it's not their flaw.Also, the item came really well packaged and a bit earlier than expected. Good purchase!

for me the wrist was to large and the forearm to tight. the gard kept sliding up my arm because of this meaning there was also to much leather over the thumb web which kept getting in the way of the arrow. I covered the exposed part of my arm with a rolled up log sleeve and just tucked down the extra martial but it was a rather annoying fit. I do have long thin arms and very thin wrists with a thicker forearm but i don't think im so abnormal that justifies how badly it fit. its a cheaply made one size fits all gard that you can make work just fine if you like the esthetic but its better to just buy something cheaper in my opinion.

Smallish fit. Its pleather, not leather. Im shooting off the hand from a 55# English longbow. Didn’t even try shooting with it as it seems the vanes would have an easy time tearing this up.Would look good for cosplay though.
