Great buy! Works perfect for us!
My daughter and I own a cotton candy business and we bought these to hold our bags of cotton candy. They work AWESOME for holding the bags and make selling pre-bagged cotton candy so very simple. I know there is a huge difference between bags of cotton candy and wet clothes, but I have people who yank the bags off with great force and they hold up to this very well. I honestly think that light clothing would due great on these lines.Photo shows our tent at the Farmer's market with bags on the clothes line across the top.

The concept is good. But the clips all drop to the middle. There should be a way to secure the ties to the rope in the place you desire. I had to return them.
