Magazine with emphasis on emerging photographic commercial styles
Digital Photo Pro is a nicely done magazine. It does not mesh with my interests, however. The content leans heavily toward emerging photographers portfolios and techniques. Most of what is featured in the magazine is not the type of photography I do or choose to do. That having been said, if you are looking for the most current movements in different photography styles then you might find this magazine very informative.

This is not the DPP I knew and love from a few years ago. There is barely anything to it anymore. DPP used to be 100+ pages and now it's barely strong enough to whack a fly with. That and half of it is ads.... I understand why things have gone the way they have, and it's unfortunate. I feel like I am one of the last few people who prefer to read something physical and not something on my phone.

I very much enjoy this magazine as a digital photography expert
I recently got back into photography through the purchase of my first DSLR. In that I come from the world of film photography, I was very much behind the curve regarding almost everything to do with digital photography and available products. Having now read three issues, I have learned quite a few things, discovered some interesting products that I have purchased, and find myself looking forward to receiving the next issue. If you are into digital photography, you will learn a lot from this magazine and enjoy reading it.

Hgh Quality magazine with very helpful tips.
I found several stories on lighting very good . I plan to use the tips on future shoots

They should use a better quality paper for their magazine
I like the magazine; I wish the quality of the paper was better. It's kind of hard to get into the photos in the articles because of the inferior paper quality.

It depends on your speciality.
Since most of my photography is wildlife or scenery it was not in my wheelhouse. However many things covered that were covered in my tech school for professional photography.
