Worth it!
Cord fit into tv socket. Extra length was great to wall mount tv and still have plenty of length to plug in. Wish it came like this from the manufacturer!

Length is everything.
TV came with a 6ft cord. This longer cord helped me take the tension off the connectors on both ends. Easiest way to find out if this cord is correct for your TV, just take off the connector off the back of the TV and it should look like the number 8.

Great for mounting a TV
Needed the length so I could mount a TV on a wall. The angled connector also works nicely since it does not protrude too far when the TV is mounted flat.

Works as expected
Was exactly what I needed. I mounted the tv then ran the power through the wall down to an outlet and needed the extra length to reach it. Now I have a clean install that looks like a pro did it!

Cord that comes with the TV is too short
If you need a longer cord for your Samsung TV, this is it. The cord that came with my TV is only about 5 feet long. If you hang the TV on the wall you will probably need a longer cord.

fits my KS8000 TV perfectly. Not quite as low profile as the original stubby cord but quite workable and 12 feet is the perfect length for my mount
