these cartridges work just like the oem
Can not tell any difference , these cartridges work just like the oem. I did notice when I installed them the printer said used HP cartridge installed , I clicked ok and aligned them. The color cartridge says it is not XL on the printer software but Jake said that they are so we will see. So far from what I can see I will be a repeat customer forever. All I can see is give it a try. The customer service is not what you are used to , they really want you to be happy...isn't that different !

Fantastic value and fair prices
I am always a bit skeptical when a product speaks of its enhanced value or performance, however,the replacement ink cartridges in question, were far better than I could have ever imagined. HP Envy 4500- no trouble!
Purchased for HP Envy 4500. The cartridges were recognized as refurbished by the printer and work perfectly. I highly recommend these and will happily buy from here again to keep the ink flowing!

First one didnt work but the seller replace free of charge
The color cartridge was not recognized by my printer. Tried all of the online trouble shooting techniques and couldn't get it to work. Notified seller and they replaced with no charge.

Works great..second time I bought these.
Product works great. My printer took a minute to adjust to the Non-HP cartridges, but these XL cartridges hold up for awhileand they are worth the additional effort to align, which you have to do anyway.Its just nice to know that you dont have to pay an arm and a leg to print something.

Got it faster than even I expected and worked out perfectly with my printer. Alignment page printed fully clear with no need to adjust anything myself. Will definitely continue to order to keep on hand whenever it is available.

Excellent ink cartridges.
Excellent item. Unfortunately, I didn't realize it had an outside casing for protection. I thought it didn't fit my computer. A thoughtful email response from HP MX-One Stop OEM informed me of the casing, and to 'just remove it'. DUH, to me. It fits perfectly in my printer and works well. Thank you.

Great value
This is a great value! I have always spent lots of $$ on ink for my printer. I have tried refilling it at the drugstore, but it wasn't reliable. These cartridges work fine. I can't say whether they hold the extra large amount of ink, but for the price, it's worth it. When I first installed the cartridges, my printer knew right away they were "counterfeit" but when I pressed "OK," the alignment process continued. Am definitely getting a set for my other printer!
