I've tried several different brands and this one is still my favorite. Amazon no longer stocks these as of this writing, so I purchased some directly form Wyoming Beef. What I got from them was far better than what was shipped to me from Amazon. The sticks tasted more like beef, were more tender and fresh, and less salty.UPDATE (10/07/18): I have purchased several boxes of these beef sticks and am sad to report that they have changed how these are made. The last four boxes I got contained ingredients that are clearly not beef, but some kind of byproduct. When I tried to eat one, I kept having to spit out bits of un-chewable parts that are literally as tough as rawhide. When I was done, I found that I was spitting out around 20% of the stick because of this. Note that these were not even close to being expired.I have contacted Wyoming Beef about this, and they were good enough to replace the two boxes. However, the replacements were almost as bad, and I ended up just throwing them away too. I have written them again expressing my dissatisfaction and that I would not be purchasing their products again since I had lost faith in their quality. They never wrote back. So, I can no longer recommend them to others.

As far as beef sticks go the Wyoming Gourmet Beef products are far and away the best of the bunch. I have become sort of the Beef Jerky "expert" around the office and each week the office organizer purchases snacks for the office. This week we purchased the Jalepeno variety of the Wyoming gourmet beef sticks and it is far and away my favorite. Just the right amount of kick to let you know it's there, but not too much to make your mouth hurt. Great taste, great quality and good product. We will be buying these again!

I found this in my local organic store, and I love it. I tried their Premium Beef Stick & Jalapenos and they are both delicious. They are thick and meaty, and to be all natural with very little ingredients, I am very impress.So if you like to eat a healthier snack with no crap on it, buy this - No regrets.
