The 2001 Tacoma Fender Flares are attached to the body with two different clips. This clip kit will attach all four flares, left, right, front and rear. Buy kit number C42-43x1 or C42-43x2 if you need to attach either one or two fender flares.

Perfect fit
These clips worked perfectly to reattach the fender flares on my 2001 Tacoma PreRunner Double Cab. The blue ones go in the square holes and the red ones go in the more narrow rectangles on the flare. Then they snap right into the holes in the metal fender around the wheel well. They hold the flare snug to the fender with the fender pad in place.
