I'm forever misplacing the key to change the disc in my angle grinder. I thought I'd give this item a go and I'm glad I did. It works perfectly. Easy to use and gives good grip on the disc. Absolutely no slip at all.

Won't tighten down on thin 'plasma' cutting discs as recess not deep enough.Really good otherwise for standard discs.

As I keep loosing the tool to tighten the nut on my Angle Grinder, this has replaced that nut, is easy to use, tightens quite quickly, and in a test I just did span up a disk and cut through metal with no issues.Well worth the addition to the toolbox.

I was considering getting X-lock grinder for speedy disc changes but this product make my existing grinder still adequate. Great product make changing discs a breeze. Get it.Update 2024I bought another grinder and of course I purchased another quick lock to match. Great product allows me to keep buying normal priced discs and quickly change them.

Ive bought a few of these over the last few years and they were always brilliant, with heavy use they start to wear after around 6 months but that's ok for the price and the ease of use. The last 2 I have bought however aren't gripping the cutting discs at all. The disc stays still while the grinder spins leaving it useless. Not sure what has changed but they are basically redundant at the minute
