Afraid to try a second pouch
Buyers beware! The product is a strong solution of vitamins. The design of the pouch requires you to suck out the contents. In order to empty the pouch I sucked while my mouth was partially full. I swallowed and my throat began to burn severely immediately. I must have inhaled voluntarily and the liquid went down my air way and my chest felt like it was on fire! The pain was excruciating, I couldn’t inhale/breath. I began choking. I tried washing my mouth out but the stuff was in my airways. Almost an hour has passed and my chest still burns. But not as severely. Image your worst case of heartburn and multiply by 10 the pain. In desperation I took some Tums and they have helped some but my chest still burns deep down apparently in my lungs. I’m not sure if the stuff works because I had to spit all of it out while choking badly.

Works....but
First let me just start with 2 important factors. 1) Everyone's body is different (2) it is important to stay PROPERLY hydrated. This product works, there is no doubt in my mind that it works. However, for me it did not last for more than an hour or so. I am an elite sprinter but I suffer from calf cramps. The flavour is what I expected. At first it tastes like rotting oranges and vinegar, then as you finish swishing it in your mouth and swallow there is almost a peppery taste to it but not too strong (I ordered the citrus). This is NOT to say it tastes horrible. The flavor is actually good if you know what to expect. I can easily tell that for some people it might make them spit it out immediately if they don't know what to expect. If you understand that the main way this product works is by the strong, zesty, and tangy taste you get, then you'll be fine. Lastly, as I said it does work 100% but just for me personally the effects didn't last long enough. There is a pro version which might be stronger so maybe next time I'll try that one out.

It works, but it tastes terrible
This tastes disgusting and is thin like water. The first time I used it between sets at around 4 hours and I nearly choked to death. I spit most of it out and it still stopped the cramps. The second time I used it I was ready but still had trouble keeping it in my mouth (it has a real tang). I was at home after a morning of tennis and started cramping in multiple locations. It was all I could do to ask my wife to get the CrampsAWAY, finally, she understood and it saved me again.

Doesn't work
I used one pack - it certainly did not provide instant relief. In fact, took about 10 minutes for the cramp to fade which usually what it takes anyway. The other two packs performed the same even though I took them the same night - one about three hours after the first when a cramp woke me again. So they also certainly don't provide any night long relief.

Remarkable. Works quickly and consistently.
CrampsAway is remarkable. My old method for dealing with muscle cramps on the tennis court was to quickly ingest salt, which always took too long and often didn't work. On recent occasions when I've experienced muscle cramps, CrampsAway has worked quickly and consistently for me!

works immediately
mom has constant and severe cramps at night and this is the only thing that stops them immediately.one packet lasts because it's not one portion, has several...wish it would be cheaper.

works some
I'm usually pretty skeptical of these types of things, but since I always seem to cramp up during races, I'm always looking for a solution. I used these during the 2017 Chicago Marathon. I also brought a bunch of other things with me including 'HotShot', salt tablets, etc. I believe these crampsaway actually worked for me at least for a couple of miles before the cramp started acting up again. grateful that it helped, but still not a foolproof solution

Amazing!
Works well, even though it is expensive. I wish the containers had more products in them and cost less. Thanks
