Our tonic has a difference you can see, namely the amber color of the real cinchona bark from we extract our quinine. The citrus peel, lemongrass, and aromatics make this balanced concentrate work perfectly with club soda. Gin is optional, but recommended.Our unique three-day cold brew process uses only real fruit peels, whole spices and pure cane sugar. One ounce of concentrate makes a full size cocktail.
