1st lid & replacement lid have the SAME defect!
I will NEVER buy from Helton Tool and Home again. I ordered a replacement glass Pyrex lid from them and it was visibly DEFECTIVE, with a CROOKED knob molded onto the lid. I even sent them this photo of it when returning it and Helton just sent me a replacement lid with the SAME defective crooked knob. They clearly have POOR quality assurance employees or, as I suspect, NO quality assurance personnel. I really think they don’t care, to the point that I honestly think they just opened up the defective lid I sent back to them, and repackaged the same lid and sent it back to me. Argh!!! So disappointing to be a customer of a company that doesn’t care about selling their customers quality products. Never again will I knowingly buy from Helton Tool and Home.

After finding my mother's big old Corningware casserole dish, but missing the glass cover, my search began. This seller had the best deal and I ordered it. The cover came very well packaged with lots of wrapping, the outside labeled "glass, fragile". It fit perfectly, no chips or cracks! I can again use my casserole remembering my mother. Thank you!
