It helps with my appetite. People who are testing the pill in water is not giving an accurate test, so don’t listen to that. A cup of water isn’t the same as our stomach. Our stomach is warm and very acidic, if our stomach was the same as water than we wouldn’t be able to digest anything. trying to “debunk” the pill by watching it sit in a glass of water is like judging a cake by eating raw flour. Not the same environment, not the same process.

That full feeling you're looking for comes as a result of drinking plenty of water beforehand... Like two days of hydration coupled with a bit of activity like walking or shopping or household chores and the glucomannan. It's not a silver bullet for weight loss, because that ONLY comes with being calorie deficient for a while. But getting to the point where you mentally don't feel like you have to eat just because it's lunch time can be achieved by feeling like you won't die if you don't eat at 12 on the dot that day. This with some coffee in the morning can get me through 17hrs without feeling like I have to eat, and when I do. I don't necessarily have to make up all the imagined meals I skipped. Eat a sensible early dinner, pop two more, keep hydrated, and by the end of the week you're minus 1500 call or minus 1lbs... That's how it works. Oh and yeah it's fiber so, you go, you know? 😊 Good quality, fair price, can help, not the magic cure.

I NEVER write an Amazon review. Just didn't have the time. I got this and did what it said 3 pills with lots of water. Day one you go to the bathroom. Day 2 I thought I was dying! I could not stop. To the point I became dehydrated and my stomach and azz is on fire! Graphic, well this is an honest review! I saw some reviews similar and let tiktok influence me. Was I full yes did I pay the price yes. There is no magic pill. After I finally stop i had problems going for 3 days. I never struggle with that. Do your best but this is horrible on your stomach and @@@! You were warned!

I should’ve never listen to my brother when I bought this. Because this dietary supplement has side effects, such as bloating, diarrhea, constipation. The national library of medicine Did a study. over 8 weeks were well tolerated but did not promote weight loss or significantly alter body composition, hunger/fullness, or lipid and glucose parameters. of this type of dietary supplement I would not recommend anyone buying this product whatsoever. A lot of these dietary supplements, even though they say that they are third-party, tested and whatever else a lot of them are not going through the actual process that they should be going through like the FDA. I would not trust these dietary supplements at all, because I’ve done this in the past with different things and none of them work at all. There’s absolutely no scientific evidence that this type of pill actually works. I’m gonna get my money back I’m really disappointed and I’m really disappointed that my brother made me waste money on this before. I actually looked this up on actual scientific basis they used to give this to farm animals to fat them up.

I am on Keto and also taken the Glucomannan. This is great to kick start keto. I read all the reviews, and I feel like a lot of people are taking it wrong. No matter what, it is always still about the amount of calories you take in. Do not expect to lose weight thinking that even though it is suppressing your appetite, what you eat determines the amount of calories you take in, not just the portion size. This is how I took it to restart my journey back on keto. I am on an egg fast for 3 days, Bottle says "take 3 capsules daily with 8-12oz of water" . That means you are suppose to space our your capsules. I chug more than 12oz of water after every pill and start feeling the affects. I eat 2 meals a day, and take one pill 15 minutes before my meal, which is usually 4 eggs in the morning, and then 6 eggs in the afternoon. I take my third pill without food but drinking keto friendly drink like my Gatorade zero about 3 hours before I go to sleep.
