Best fajita seasoning I have found!
I have tried many brands of seasoning packets, sauces, and seasoned chicken strips in my search to replicate the taste of fajitas at my favorite chain Mexican restaurant. This one is the taste I was looking for. I made chicken fajitas using it three times, and each was very good. I just add onions, bell peppers, and chicken with some shredded cheesejust before eating. The only thing I suggest (that is slightly different from from the package directions is , after the first time, I do not add the water. I just sprinkle the powder on top as it all cooks in the pan. The vegetables release plenty of water themselves, so adding more made it very soggy. Buying a whole box of packets was intimidating at first, but since it tastes this good and it is incredibly easy to make for one or more people, I know I will use them quickly enough.

I’ve been using this product for about 15 years now and it’s great. Our local grocery store doesn’t carry it so I have to buy it from Amazon. Highly recommend it.

My fav fajita mix. Unfortunately, I ordered a few and they were delivered today, all have an expiration date of May 2025! Come on Amazon, really?
