The are BIG pills
This works like a charm if you have cold sores. (But cut down on chocolate and meat and nuts) The only problem I have with this pill is that its so honking huge. That being said, I have yet to find any Lysine that comes in small pills yet, so shop around with me.

This came up in a search for capsules, they are HUGE pills! Larger than my previous supplement. Looking for capsule so it’s easier to swallow. This is not it!
