Seems like a good company but after about three days my stomach was pretty constipated.

I just had to take a moment to say that I honestly can't understand why more people are not talking about Calton Nutrition products. I have been using organic In.Power Whey & Plant Protein powders for years now. I have Hashimoto's and should probably not be eating or drinking any dairy. With that said, my organic In.Power Whey Protein is the only dairy I cannot bring myself to give up. While I really do like the plant protein I am most in love with the Whey. It gives such a fluffy texture to my smoothies.If you haven't checked out Calton Nutrition's website - you should. All of their products come from great sources and I feel good about putting them all into my body. Word of warning however, if you try the Skinny Fat, start out slowly, It will cause diarrhea. Also, if your try the nutreince, get the unflavored; the flavored ones leave a pretty strong stevia aftertaste. Besides that - LOVE Calton Nutrition products!
