This is a quality brahmi product. I read about the benefits of this suplement and have added to my daily mix of powders. I think it is a bit of a midlife crisis having turned 50 this year. Overall no negative effects and my general mood is better.

The taste of this Bacopa didn't match my tastebuds (which likes cilantro), while Bulk Supplements' Bacopa has come to delight me. I purchased this brand when it was out of stock at Bulk Supplements. This product is otherwise fine. I was also frustrated by the finger puzzle of accessing the product. It came in a smaller, non-resealable, unlabeled bag within the ziplock bag. And, with use, the ziplock bag itself has separated into two layers around the seal, which adds more puzzle.
