GEEKPRO 200W International Travel Voltage Converter 220V to 110V Power Converter with 4 Smart USB Ports Charger( Black)

This device was a mind and life saver during my recent trip to Europe. Thanks to the length of the unit's power cord I was able to use my CPAP attached to the only receptacle in the room in 2 of the charming hotels at which I stayed. Three jack capacity plus USB device charging meant that I didn't miss a photo or email message throughout my journey. The device, power cord and voltage conversion capability made set up quick and easy. If you travel in Europe and need power conversion as well as power strip functionality, this product can't be beat.

This product had a zero effectiveness. It's simply an adapter, which if used with let's say your hairdryer, you'll blow it out (pun intended!) & ruin your appliance. Plus all of the hotels we stayed at (in Ireland) had adapters in the room as well as transformers (what you need not to ruin your appliances) by request.

I used this Geekpro 200W in New Zealand for two weeks in a camper van. It worked great except the power plug going into the unit had to be jiggled a little to start power flow a lot of the time. Never had any issue with any USA device getting the proper power conversion to work and charged multiple items including a lap top, cell phone and ipod all at once. It's kinda easy to pop the power cord prongs out of the NZ/Australia converter head as it wasn't a real snug fit but regardless, it completely did the job and I was happy to have it!

I traveled with this device and used it heavily [basically charging everything with it] for almost a year. It was really great and super convenient while it worked. But then it started to get really hot, and didn’t think it was a good idea to continue using. I think I may have just used it too much. If it’s for shorter-term travel or occasional usage, I think it would be okay.

Having tried several plug type converters I saw this unit and liked the idea of being able to plug in several tools plus USB ports for phone and IPad. Always has been a pain keeping the different outlet pieces tight with bulky converter and I have tried severalThis unit is well packaged and with an extension cord the plug in for whatever country stays tight plus a big benefit is the extension cord as two places this week there were only a couple wall sockets so the extra length made it easy.It worked right off with no issues, very pleased

Two outlets blew first couple of days. Was only able to use USB ports, no plugging in after that. Very frustrating as that was the only converter we had taken overseas.

It arrived on time. I used it in UK. Worked well. The hotel I was in had a regular US plug point and I didn't have to use the UK adapter. I was able to charge 3 cell phones at a time. Also used it for I pad.

The product arrived quickly and was packaged well. I have not used it overseas yet, so I can’t comment on how well the voltage conversion works. However, the unit is well built and well designed. No complaints thus far.
