At first I thought when ordering these were just the regular B12 tablets, but when I received it I realized it's the flavoured one that you can put under your tongue, my mom and I love it and it works really well

Doctor recommended taking 500 mcg every other day. I have used other Nature’s Bounty vitamins before and I like and trust this brand for their quality. These are small, cherry flavored pills and are supposed to be “ quick dissolve”. They’re good but don’t dissolve under my tongue so I just swallow them with water, not a big deal to me. Good product otherwise and great value for the price.
