My neck pain is gone in one day . My shoulder knot pain reduced 50% . This heating pad is amazingly portable and can be used on most my portable chargers . I was almost scared away be the reviews but glad I wasn't. The buttons are hard yes but nessary and the heat setting are all great i use high for about 30mins and manually switch to medium low i can't really feel and that okay 👍🏿 should be that way. It's definitely worth the 25$ well spent. Dealing with a pinched nerve here and the pain be unbearable but this helped

I bought this product to help reduce the pain from sitting at a computer all day and the way my head and neck hurt after a while. This product does help but you need to get used to it first. Recommend starting with the beginner angle to get your neck used to the stretch. Also, use the heating element as that helps a lot. It suggests using it for 10 minutes a day but you may need to start with less until you are used to it (I did 5 minutes at first).The main downside, and the reason I only gave 4 stars, is that there are bumps on it (pressure points I believe) that are pretty uncomfortable. They dig into my neck and are still pretty uncomfortable - not a fan. However, overall it seems to work well so give it a shot if you need neck stretches.

I'm one of those people who rarely writes reviews. But when it comes to a product that actually relieved my pain, it's time to tell others. Like a lot of people, I work heads down over a computer for a large part of the day. About 2 years ago, my neck became very stiff and turning my head to either side was really painful. Turning to the right was the worst. I was relegated to turning my entire body to the right when checking for traffic in my car. Honestly, I figured it was just part of getting older.I even started using my hands to force my head side to side to see if that would bring relief. That was crazy painful and didn't help at all. After reading some positive reviews about this product, I purchased it. I basically use it twice a day for about 10-15 minutes. I have to say I am shocked at how much it has relieved my pain. My neck is now pretty much pain free, still a little stiff, but the pain when turning right or left is gone for the most part. I can almost touch my chin to my shoulder on both sides with no pain. Amazing.The warming sleeve that comes with it is nice, but not essential. It has 3 levels of heat and it does get quite warm. You have to use a USB wall outlet adapter if you want to plug it into a regular 120V outlet. Kind of weird, but it works.I highly recommend at least trying this product or a similar one. If it works for you like it did for me, it will be well worth it. I paid $30 and it was money well spent. And lastly, I was NOT paid to write this review, nor did I get any compensation whatsoever.

The item weighs like nothing. When I purchased it I was expecting something a little more sturdier. The cord you use to have the heat work is short, you can buy a longer one. The heating pad is like a thin material it does warm up but i find it annoying to try to put it where you want it, it kept slipping out of place. The neck stretcher part is literally a hard foam that lays on the ground and you just stretch your neck. It does stretch it out but its not as soft make you feel comfortable. Its actually very uncomfortable for me personally. I used it like once and now it just sits there. I wouldn't buy it again if it broke. Not sure if I'll keep it.

So. Comfortable, relaxing for the neck and shoulders. Allowing my head ache to lessen. Highest heat is a bit intense, but medium and low heat works well for a while

I use this every day and it has helped so much for my neck pain related to bad posture. It provided traction while I can lay and play on my phone so it's super easy to use! It is durable and made well. The heated part is a bit odd to use but it helps loosen the muscles for sure. Would recommend!

I LOVE this thing! As someone with chronic neck pain from previous whiplash and working on the computer all day, I have wasted hundreds of dollars on neck braces, traction devices, massagers - all promising relief but never really delivering. THIS PRODUCT DOES WHAT IT SAYS. If I used it just 10 minutes a day, as is suggested, my neck aches stay at bay. I love this so much that I actually have two of these now. The first one did not have the heating option, which I find is a great feature and extra comforting.Now, is it the most comfortable thing you will ever lay your head on? NO! It's not meant for comfort, but to correct the curvature of your spine in order to bring relief from pain. THIS IS DOES, AND WELL.LOVE THIS THING (I have one for winter, and one for summer) Highly recommended.

Me sirve mucho para aliviar el dolor cervical. Al principio pensé que era un poco duro, pero en la posición correcta, excelente como terapia de calor! Lo volvería a comprar.

Me resulta bastante bien para mi cuello rectificado. Cuesta relajarse pero el calor ayuda bastante! Es útil. Lo regalaría o volvería a comprar sin duda

Seit einer Woche quäle ich mich mit dem HWS Syndrom rum und wollte etwas haben, um den Nacken zu unterstützen. Gleich nach der ersten Anwendung schmerzfreier gewesen. Ich war erst skeptisch, weil das drauf liegen leicht unangenehm ist aber nach 10 min. fühlte ich mich wie neu geboren. Klare Empfehlung!
