I’ve had no issues with the powder no dissolving for me.The flavor is spot on, and that 32oz/1scoop ratio seems perfect to me, not too strong, not too diluted. Each person should play around with ratios before saying it’s too sweet, because everyone has different tastes!I feel noticeably better after I drink it, more hydrated, more alert, and wanting to drink more water (which is a sign you are staying hydrated).It tastes very similar to plexus pink drink! flavor is not the best. Kinda salty with not much lemon flavor, but it is drinkable and it goes well when added to a Vitamin C packet from a different manufacturer.My biggest gripe is that the powder doesn't dissolve well in water. There are always still clumps left floating around.

I’ve seen reviews on this of people bashing it. I felt it was a great product for the money. Yea it has some residual grit at the bottom, but that’s expected with the vitamin content that this offers. It doesn’t effect the taste, it just settles to the bottom. Flavor wise, it’s a very light flavor, like water with a hint of pink lemonade. All in all I’m happy with it and will purchase again.**Update**I have now had this in a water bottle and it was pretty terrible tasting and gritty. It’s absolutely fine in a cup with ice, but I wouldn’t recommend if you are trying to add it to any sort of bottle.

At first the sweet smell put me off. I just started keto. Took the 30-day no sugar challenge. Was told to get a good electrolyte.When I opened the container it smelled too sweet to be sugar free. I was slightly disappointed, but thought, hey, I'll only use a little bit, instead of the whole scoop.Then I saw a video of a keto cook. He wears a CGM (continues glucose monitor). Over 30 days he tested 30 brands of electrolytes. Then he showed us the insulin and glucose resonse. He tested this exact one. No spike. No response. And he actually used the whole tiny scoop.I appreciated him doing that. And I appreciate this product. I bought the raspberry flavor. It is soooo good.Thanks.
