Kroil is "GOOD STUFF" best penetrant by far
Best penetrating oil on the market by far! I've been using it since the 1960s when it was only available to industry. I'm glad it's readily available to all of us today. It really does lossen frozen fasteners in cars, boat engines, motorcycles, farm equipment, ect. I also works as a firearms bore cleaner when mixed into bore cleaning solvents (25% Kroil/75% Bore solvent.) The Kroil "creeps under metal fouling in the barrel rifling loosing it for easy removal. Kroil is just "Good Stuff"

Incredible stuff
My dad had a can from the time I was small, it was great, the new stuff looks different but seems to work even better. This stuff is great. After spending weeks on a stuck screw, tried everything to no avail. In one night of this the screw came out easly.

They Say Kroil Is Made by Squeezing Leprechauns - I Believe It.
I’ve used a lot of penetrating oils over the years, but Kroil Original really does live up to the legend. I’ve been using it on your run-of-the-mill rusted nuts and bolts, and it works like magic. A few drops, a little patience, and things that should’ve snapped loose years ago finally start moving again. They say Kroil is made by squeezing leprechauns - and after seeing how it creeps into threads and breaks loose rust, I’m starting to believe it. The drip can make it easy to apply precisely where you need it, without wasting half the can in overspray like aerosols. It’s not cheap, but a little goes a long way. If you’re working on anything that’s been sitting in the elements - old cars, farm gear, or just corroded fasteners - this stuff is worth every penny.

It's magic
This stuff works. Gets under corrosion and breaks its' bond within the joint. Good for treating valve stems. Mineral deposits sluff off because they can't stick anymore.

I'd have to find it far superior to less expensive brands to justify the price.
I understand the recommendations this oil receives, it is good. As far as the price and this type of can for automotive work, that's too hard to promote. The 8oz can was the least expensive (per oz.) but if the 3oz aerosol was available (at five dollars less) I would have bought it instead. If you need one penetrant and only use it in an emergency survival out in the wilderness, it would be the one to have.

It worked wonders for me
Worked like a champ, it freed up a frozen choke in my shot gun barrel. Kroil Penetrating Lubricant was recommended, After letting it soak a while it spun out nearly effortlessly.

A notch above all others.
Works as it should. I used it to free up a stuck choke tube in a 12 ga. Semi auto that had been in the gun and not removed for 7 years. I used 3 or 4 drops 3 times a day for three days. On the 4th morning it broke loose and came out with no damage to choke tube or barrel either one. This stuff is liquid gold for duck and goose hunters.
