أوزان متنوعة مكتوبة على كل حبل، كما يمكن جمع أكثر من حبل معا لزيادة الوزن أكثر. واستخدام الحبال مريح جدا، وفيها أدوات كثيرة لاستخدامها بعدة طرق، ويوجد فيها كتالوج في شرح حول طريقة الاستخدام والتدريب. وسعرها مناسب جدا أنصح بها، وتصلح أيضا للنساء وكبار السن للتمرين المنزلي.

Very good quality
Nice packaging and quality ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ my only mistake is thinking its a 2 band each but thats in me. I can still use it with only 1 band.

Decent design and finishing. I use regularly. Very convenient to have transparent plastic tube cover on each band to protect hands/feet and band itself during the use. I've replaces attachments to metal more sophisticated ones and set took whole upgraded look.

The best I've ever used!
I've been weight training for many years. Often I travel to destinations where I don't have access to a gym. I've bought several of these tension bands for working out and they mostly have a limited range of motion, their elasticity changes over time or they are the wrong size. These ones are the best ones I have ever bought and were a fantastic replacement for the gym. Let's be honest here, I don't expect these bands to build muscle.. But certainly to give me the pump and and excercise I need. Yes you can have a complete body part or full body work out with these. Yes you will get sore and aching muscles.

It's durable, useful and easy to use, but the transparent rubbers around it is deformed and not possible to fix it.
