Does what it says and if you stick to it will see results and feel good at the end. Have done Thai a number of times in the past and always worked for me. As for the shaker issue you always used to get one but they’ve cut it out now. Haven’t gave it 5 stars purely down to the cost quite steep but it’s effective for twice a year use

Unfortunately no shaker and tape have included the delivery… for nearly £100 is poor service….Maybe 3 stars are too much….

No shaker provided in the box, but shown in the picture. Now I have to go and buy one. Will I be credited for this???
