2PACK TIMKEN 6203-2RS Deep Groove Ball Bearing 17x40x12mm

I purchased the 2-pack of TIMKEN 6203-2RS bearings for a few different projects, including replacing worn-out bearings in my lawnmower deck spindles(Ariens Ikon XD 52). Updated review, 10/2025, These worked so well I purchased two more two packs to rebuild my mower spindles as these are the same numbers. While there were multiple different bearing manufactures for this specific size, I chose the Timken bearings based upon previous experiences with the brand. I have rebuilt transmissions from over the road trucks to very small electrical motors and the Timken brand was always spec on with their tolerances. These bearings fit perfectly into the castings and onto the motor shaft with minimal effort. Once the rebuilt electrical motor was reinstalled into the pump system it ran perfectly and was as quiet as a new motor. In the future this will always be my brand of choice first.

Came well packaged. Installed them and they fit perfectly. The snowblower is back in service.

Quality bearing, worked great. Fixed the bad spindle for a fraction of a replacement. Tap out the old, tap in the new ....

Used to replace Chinese bearings now used on Polaris PB4-60 cleaner pump motors. Last similar pump PB4-60 Booster Pump motor lasted 2 years and front motor bearing went out. Failed bearing was an NSK 6203DW marked on seal, inner race marking GE06 CHINA. Previous PB4-60 installed 2016 lasted 7 years failure, pump seal was leaking but motor was still running fine. Replace both front and rear bearings. Fabricated bearing puller out of scrap 2" x 2" square tubing and 1/2" UNC rod for rear brg. and 1/2" UNC bolt for front brg.. Pictures are pulling the front and the rear bearings.

Quiet with smooth operation. I used these on my idler pulley for my Whipple supercharger AND the stock pulleys on my 2019 Shelby GT350. Great fit and easy to swap out.
